Mr. Panchal is CA and he has 18 years of solid corporate experiences in the field of Corporate Finance, ERP, Financial Accounting and Investment Banking. He has in depth Exposure on various ERP and Systems. In Investment banking has created strategy and business plans along with Information memorandum and Investor presentation in various sectors. In Job assignments has raised USD 500 M worth of Debt for various companies and part of team for PE placement (USD 200 M)

Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Choudhary is a retired Banking Executive having 40 years of rich and varied experience in banking activities. Prior to retirement, Mr. Choudhary was General Manager of Bank of India looking after the Asset Recovery Department.

He has a distinction of heading one of India’s leading Asset Reconstruction Company, viz.ASREC (India) Ltd as its Managing Director and CEO. He led ASREC (India) Ltd. nearly 5 years and created a niche for himself in the field of Stressed Asset Management.

Mr. Raman Kumar Sharma is a retired Banking Executive having a vast experience in various segments of the Bank spanning over 40 years. Mr. Sharma has headed the credit department for more than ten years. Headed the credit monitoring department as General Manager for large corporate for more than two years and corporate credit for more than a year. Besides postings in various corners in India, he was posted at overseas Centre for more than 3 years. He has been on the Board of BOI Merchant Bankers Ltd., a whole owned subsidiary of Bank of India.

Mr. Ramasubrahmanian. N.V has more than 40 years of experience in banking with in depth exposure in Asset Recovery, Forex and Credit. He was in charge of Credit covering 65 branches and processing of all types of credit proposals including large borrowal accounts and volume of credit portfolio of INR 12000.00 MIO. He superannuated as an Assistant General Manager of Bank Of India. He has handled Credit Processing Centre for SME, Recovery in Large Corporate Banking branch and controlling office covering 5 zones comprising of 1200 branches.

Mr. K V Prasad Rao - Advisor

Mr. K V Prasad Rao has more than 45 years of experience in banking. He started his career with RBI in the year 1980-82, subsequently joined as DRO in Bank of India in the year 1983. He has worked in different capacities and retired in 2016 on superannuation more particularly in large corporate credits. Additionally, he has worked as faculty for 5 years in BOI Pune training center 1993-98 and as guest faculty in STC Mumbai.
